This salve packs the power of Calendula - Materia Medica’s* powerhouse botanical!
Known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and skin healing properties, Calendula is a member of the Marigold/Daisy family and its bright yellow petals give this salve it’s sunshine color. Almond oil is infused (at room temperature) with Calendula petals for 4-6 weeks to extract the homeopathic components. The oil is then strained for use in the salve.
Instructions:
The salve is fairly soft. Dab your fingertip or a swab into the salve and spread evenly on skin abrasions, bites, burns, sores and cuts. It may even help ease the discomfort of eczema.
