"You Can Observe a lot by Watching", Yogi Berra. Learning how to watch is the key.

Are you a business owner? Invest in the safety of your workforce and family by providing them with the tools they need to be fully aware of their surroundings.

Building situational awareness skills in your employees and in your family members can help keep them safe from threats they might not recognize around them.

As a business owner, the safety of your employees in a huge concern. There are many professions that require a lone employee to be on their own with potential customers.

Real estate agents are a prime example. The nature of the real estate business can put some agents at risk because it often requires them to be alone with complete strangers in isolated locations.  It's not enough just to have a "panic alarm". You must have the skills to be personally aware even as you are engrossed in showing the property.

Most businesses have similar circumstances as employees work directly with the public and building basic situational awareness skills are important safety considerations that can mean the difference between employees becoming victims or having the skills required to change the outcome.

Schools operate the in same circumstances as any organization that interacts with the public.

Every time a family member ventures out a large part of their personal safety depends on having the skills to be aware of what is happening around them and to respond accordingly.

To be safe in a changing world, training is the key.
